All software products are provided with a complimentary trial or demo version featuring time-limited or restricted functionality. Customers are strongly advised to evaluate the trial version before completing a purchase.
Refunds are not issued for purchased software except in cases of verified fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. As digital software licenses are intangible, non-transferable, and irrevocable, all sales are deemed final upon delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Upon issuance of a refund, the customer must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the software. Ahmad Software Technologies reserves the right to revoke, deactivate, or invalidate any refunded product keys or licenses.
This policy applies exclusively to software purchased directly from Ahmad Software Technologies. Products purchased from third-party vendors are subject to their respective refund policies.
